In 2020, Matooke shop East African fresh foods Inc was established by Yasin Musamali and Lucie Mukamugisha to help feed the people from East African during the pandemic period. This come after most of the African owned store closed and same reduced on imports of food from Africa. The company started running in the residential house and in the car. As the market started growing, we decided to open up a physical store at 261 Kenilworth Avenue North Hamilton Ontario L8H4S6.
